Were now looking for a motivated and energetic female Sales Executive to join our team and help us reach new heights.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Cold Calling: Actively engage potential clients through cold calling, effectively introducing our products/services and generating interest.
  • CRM Management: Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads, customer interactions, and sales progress with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to coordinate sales efforts, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Client Interaction: Handle client queries and concerns with professionalism and patience, providing exceptional customer service to maintain and enhance client relationships.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales activities and targets, contributing to team meetings with insights and updates.
  • Learning and Growth: Demonstrate a keen interest in learning about our products/services and the industry to better engage with clients and improve sales techniques.

Requirements:


  • Language: Tamil, English with (Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam).
  • Education: High school diploma required; Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customerfocused approach.
  • Characteristics: Highly motivated, resilient, and goaloriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is beneficial but not required. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Technology: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
