    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Lead and manage theautomation testing team to ensure the successful delivery ofautomated testing solutions.
    • Develop andimplement automated test plans and test cases based on projectrequirements.
    • Design develop and maintainautomated test scripts and testframeworks.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to define automation test strategies and bestpractices.
    • Identify and troubleshoot automationtest issues and provide timelyresolutions.
    • Review and analyze automated testresults providing insights and recommendations to enhance testefficiency and product quality.
    • Conduct regularassessments of the automated testing process and identify areas forimprovement.
    • Stay updated with industry bestpractices and emerging technologies in automationtesting.
    • Provide mentorship and coaching toautomation testing team members.
    • Drive theadoption of Agile methodologies within the automation testingprocesses.

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelor s degree inComputer Science Engineering or a relatedfield.
    • Proven experience in automation testingand test management.
    • Demonstrated expertise intest automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium Cucumber orAppium.
    • Strong leadership and team managementskills.
    • Excellent understanding of Agilemethodologies and practices.
    • Proficiency inprogramming languages such as Java Python orJavaScript.
    • Ability to analyze complextechnical problems and provide innovativesolutions.
    • Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills.
    • Relevant certificationsin automation testing or testmanagement.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpacedand dynamic workenvironment.
