Responsibilities:


  • Support US AM PAG Team and related portfolio managers, investment specialists, sales and marketing and client reporting teams as it relates to all aspects of performance measurement, analysis, reporting and composite maintenance and management.
  • Assist with team's metrics generation and remediation as it relates to tax aware business.
  • Complete composite maintenance processes, internal controls development, perform GIPS annual verifications, assist with marketing material generation and participate in all aspects of composite creation and usage.
  • Work on team initiatives to create solutions for our complex client demands and challenges, and to continuously improve the infrastructure and control environment.
  • Assist in development tools, processes and controls that provide risk and return analysis to portfolio managers and investment specialists as well as determining sources of alpha and identifying the factors responsible for these results.
  • Operate with an ownership mindset across production and project deliverables within the overall tax aware investment program to incorporate user needs and evolving business requirements.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:


  • 5+ years experience in performance measurement field, composite management and attribution skills are a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of investment performance measurement, composite maintenance and expost risk concepts and methodologies.
  • Experience in partnering with a diverse team composed of staff and analysts located in multiple locations and time zones with disciplined approach to meeting objectives.
  • Strong analysis and problem solving skills required. Ability to facilitate and execute the analysis of data and technical issues.
  • Solid organizational skills, including the ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage multiple activities.
  • Ability to produce and interpret results for internal and external clients. Ability to foresee and navigate team and business through upcoming issues.
