Responsibilities:


  • Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and databases of the company to ensure stable operations.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Maintain and update records of software licenses, warranties, and service agreements for computer systems and network devices.
  • Participate in testing and quality control of new software and upgrades to existing systems.
  • Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Ensure data backups and data security measures are in place and functioning.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members and departments on crossfunctional projects and issues.

Requirements:


  • At least 2 years of experience in computer operation or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Knowledge and experience with computer operating systems, hardware, software, and networks.
  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and protocols.
  • Reliable and highspeed internet connectivity at home.
