Overview:

Weare currently seeking a motivated and detailoriented PurchaseExecutive with a minimum of 12 years of experience in procurementwithin the civil engineering or construction sector. The idealcandidate will be responsible for the purchase and procurement ofmaterials ensuring that all purchases meet both technical andcommercial specifications required for ourprojects.

RequirementsMainResponsibilities:

Procurementof Materials: Purchase and procure materials in a timelyand costeffective manner ensuring quality standards aremet.
VendorEvaluation: Evaluate vendors quotations to ensure theyalign with the technical and commercial specifications of theproject.
SupplierCoordination: Follow up with suppliers to confirmdelivery dates and performance invoices whether in cash advance orCOD.
Rateand Quotation Arrangement: Arrange for rate and quotationfrom vendors/suppliers or identify the best vendors for purchasingneeds.
Negotiationand Sourcing: Responsible for sourcing negotiating andpurchasing materials from both local and overseas vendors ensuringthe best quality andprice.
VendorManagement: Develop and maintain relationships withvendors and suppliers ensuring reliable supply chains andaddressing any issues thatarise.

EssentialQualifications:

Education:Bachelors degree in a relevant field(Preferred).
Experience:Minimum of 12 years of experience in purchase and procurementwithin the civil engineering or constructionindustry.
Location:Ability to commute to Ambattur Chennai Tamil Nadu(Required).

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisualequipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
