Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Act as a primary POC for all new Qualified Leads coming through various processes
  • Build, maintain and forecast a healthy Sales qualified lead pipeline
  • Maintain positive client relationships and drive new acquisitions
  • Ensure maximum conversion rates on the leads received
  • Should have the ability to crosssell and upsell clients as and when required
  • Use presentation tools effectively and drive maximum efficiency
  • Work with other crossfunctional teams as and when required
  • Achieve presales targets of driving maximum deal wins from the qualified leads
  • Understand and work towards teams/organizations objectives

Desired Skills and Experience:


  • 12 years of presales/sales experience
  • Strong communication skills, oral & written
  • Proven experience in customer facing roles
  • Ability to understand NLU/Data Science related product
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers
  • Self motivated and result oriented personality
  • Basic knowledge of sales CRM tools (Hubspot) would be an advantage
