    About Bonito Designs

    Bonito Designs Pvt Ltd ) is one of the fastest growing Start-Ups in India in the Interior Designing Industry. The Company is funded by Lodha Ventures ) / Tomorrow Capital ).

    The Company has its business operations in Bangalore & Mumbai and is soon planning to expand to other metro cities. The Management team is committed to make this one of the most aspiring brand for Indian consumers and a great place to work for employees.

    Interview Process -

    1. CV & Portfolio submission (mandatory)
    2. Design Test Review - A design test would be mailed if the profile is relevant based on the requirements. It has to be completed in 1 or 2 days (mandatory).
    3. Two/three rounds of interviews

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with the design team to conceptualize, plan and execute interior design projects from start to finish.
    • Utilize SketchUp, AutoCAD and Enscape to create 3D models, floor plans, elevations and renderings.
    • Collaborate with designers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that the design is feasible and meets project specifications and standards.
    • Produce detailed specifications, drawings and presentations that accurately communicate design intent and project requirements.
    • Provide creative and technical guidance to designers and support staff.
    • Attend site visits, meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and resolve design-related issues.
    • Continuously research and stay updated on new design trends, technologies and materials
    • Participate in business development activities, such as proposal writing, presentations and networking events.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field
    • At least 5 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD and Enscape
    • Excellent visualization and presentation skills
    • Strong technical knowledge of construction, materials and finishes
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Should be from Studio.
