    We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions that drive business success.

    COMPANY

    Founded in 2020 by Tarang Sanghi, Project X is an innovation lab, based in Jaipur, RJ (India) at its stealth-startup phase.

    Our lab's designed to create and launch new companies, products and services. It's invaluable in jump-starting novel ideas that can either disrupt or complement existing companies. We draw from our cross-functional expertise and collaborate to create these new offerings.

    AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES

    Your responsibilities as a Business Analyst will include:
    Research, analyze and execute business solutions

    Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.

    Gather and document business requirements, and define business processes and workflows.

    Develop and maintain functional requirements documentation.

    Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and determine the best course of action.

    Define, design, and implement business processes that align with company goals and objectives.

    Develop test plans, test cases, and lead user acceptance testing.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business needs and implement solutions.

    Develop and present reports, presentations, and other documents to management, stakeholders, and customers.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    Educational & Work Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
    Software & Applications

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    Qualities & Capabilities

    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

    Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation.

    Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

    Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
