    Senior UI Engineer - AdTech & Personalization

    Location: Bangalore
    Duration: Full-Time

    Role Overview:
    We are seeking a Senior UI Engineer to join our ADAP team, focusing on developing innovative frontend solutions for our state-of-the-art AdTech platforms. This role is designed for individuals passionate about crafting high-performance, scalable user interfaces that drive personalized viewer engagement and advertising.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design and development of advanced, responsive UI components for our AdTech and personalization platforms, emphasizing React and other modern frontend technologies.
    • Architect and implement high-quality frontend systems that integrate seamlessly with backend services, ensuring a robust, scalable AdTech solution.
    • Collaborate closely with backend developers, data scientists, and product teams to create a cohesive and seamless user experience.
    • Spearhead the adoption of latest frontend technologies and frameworks, keeping our stack up-to-date and efficient.
    • Guide and mentor junior developers in best practices, code quality, and technology choices, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design and frontend development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable web applications.
    • Expertise in React and thorough knowledge of additional frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, , Angular) and tooling (Webpack, Babel).
    • Strong understanding of responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility issues, and web performance optimization.
    • Experience with consuming RESTful APIs and a good understanding of asynchronous request handling.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or related fields with a solid foundation in programming principles.
    • A passion for AdTech and personalization technologies, with a keen eye for UI/UX design and user-centric development.
    • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, creative thinking, and a collaborative spirit.
