    Description

    Job Title: Deputy Manager I

    Company: Tech Solutions, Inc.

    Department: IT

    Reports to: Senior Manager

    • Experience working with Mobile or Web Development / Integration Projects
    • Manage multiple projects on different tracks
    • Single Point of Contact for the business and 3rd party vendor
    • Experience with designers, developers, and product teams
    • Work independently with problem-solving skills
    • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and network architecture
    • Knowledge of trading applications and exchanges

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive enablement of 3rd party digital/mobile wallet integration
    • Periodic inspections of projects with stakeholders
    • Build and maintain relationships with teams
    • Responsible for project goals, deliverables, schedule, and resources
    • Manage mobile development projects through all phases

    Qualifications:

    • At least 2 years managing mobile solution delivery
    • Understanding of project management principles
    • Experience in mobile applications analysis, design, and development
    • Familiar with mobile technologies and consumer trends

    Core Competencies:

    • Functional Competencies: Banking/KYC/Capital Markets

    Job Purpose:

    • Participate in requirement gathering and analysis
    • Collaborate with team members across different IT domains
    • Work closely with Business and development vendor
    • Assist in testing and implementation stages
    • Identify dependencies in projects and mitigate risks
    • Track and report on project milestones
    • Ensure successful project delivery within defined constraints

    Area of Operations Key Responsibility:

    • Work on Technology Projects with cross-functional teams
    • Meet business users to understand requirements
    • Provide Production Support and Change Implementation
    • Assist in planning and coordinating IT projects
