    ISS STOXX is looking for a Technology Integration Analyst to join the ESG team in Mumbai.

    Overview:

    Join ISS STOXX's dynamic team as a Technology Integration Analyst in ESG Research. Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy and Scalability, you'll play a vital role in enhancing our ESG Research offering to meet the increasing demand from our investor clients. Your focus will be on delivering actionable intelligence on business and government activities that impact financial risks and opportunities.

    This role involves leading technology integration within ESG Research. You'll oversee projects to streamline workflows, analyze data, and discover new optimization opportunities. Your responsibilities will also include knowledge management, training, and supporting documentation needs.

    Additionally, you'll offer crucial management support to our global team, ensuring performance standards, providing guidance, and handling administrative tasks. Collaboration with colleagues worldwide is key.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage projects integrating technology into existing ESG Research workflows
    • Oversee business process changes and provide stakeholder support
    • Identify efficiency opportunities
    • Conduct quantitative analyses using data frames
    • Provide knowledge management and training support
    • Assist in external documentation related to business processes and technology usage

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in a data-related field (e.g., Finance, Information Science) or equivalent experience with 5 years in the field
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
    • Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies
    • Working knowledge of SQL or similar data query languages
    • Understanding of XBRL (a plus)
    • Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications (a plus)
