    Description
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepareanalyze and present financial reports such as balance sheets profitand loss statements and cash flow statements on a regularbasis.
    • Managedaytoday accounts payable and accounts receivable processesincluding invoice processing vendor payments customer invoicing andcollections.
    • Maintainthe general ledger by recording transactions reconciling accountsand ensuring accuracy in financialrecords.
    • Assistin the development of annual budgets and financial forecastsmonitoring performance against targets and providing insights tomanagement.
    • Ensurecompliance with tax regulations by preparing and filing tax returnsas well as handling any taxrelated inquiries oraudits.
    • Ensuretimely and accurate filing of GST returns and monitor GSTcompliance.
    • Prepareand file TDS returns in compliance with statutoryregulations.
    • UtilizeSAP software for managing financial data generating reports andanalyzing financialperformance.
    • Coordinatewith external auditors during annual audits providing necessarydocumentation and explanations asrequired.
    • Continuouslyevaluate accounting processes and procedures to identify areas forimprovement and implement necessary changes to enhance efficiencyandeffectiveness.
    • Collaboratewith other departments such as procurement production and sales togather relevant financial information and support decisionmakingprocesses.


    Requirements

    Requirements:
    • Bachelorsdegree in accounting finance or relatedfield.
    • Provenexperience (510 years) in accounting/finance roles preferably in amanufacturingenvironment.
    • Thoroughunderstanding of accounting principles andpractices.
    • Proficiencyin accounting software (e.g. Tally ERPSAP).
    • Stronganalytical and problemsolvingskills.
    • Abilityto work independently and as part of ateam.
    • Attentionto detail and accuracy inwork.
    • Knowledgein Ecommerce will be an addedadvantage.
