We're looking for a dynamic and seasoned Program Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for Program, Portfolio, and Delivery Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management:
Portfolio Management Strategy:
Project prioritization based on customer roadmaps and business goals.
Portfolio Governance:
Monitor project performance and manage risks and compliance issues.
Stakeholder Management:
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, sponsors, project managers, and team members.
Responsible for gathering input, managing expectations, and effectively communicating program status, risks and impacts to ensure stakeholder buy-in and support.
Performance Measurement and Reporting:
Establishing metrics and KPIs to measure the performance and impact of projects and initiatives.
Involves tracking project progress, evaluating outcomes against predefined targets, and generating reports and dashboards to provide visibility into the health and effectiveness of the portfolio.
Program Management:
Program Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive program plans that outline project objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies.
Responsible for coordinating the execution of individual projects within the program, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with overall program goals.
Risk and Issue Management:
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks and issues that could impact the successful delivery of the program. Responsible for developing risk management strategies, implementing contingency plans, and proactively addressing issues to minimize disruptions and delays.
Resource Allocation and Management:
Allocating resources (including budget, personnel, and equipment) across the program to ensure optimal utilization and alignment with project priorities. Responsible for coordinating resource allocation decisions, resolving resource conflicts, and optimizing resource utilization to maximize program efficiency and effectiveness.
Quality Assurance and Governance:
Establishing quality standards and governance processes to ensure that projects within the program adhere to standards and best practices.
Responsible for conducting regular quality reviews, implementing quality assurance measures, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to enhance program delivery and outcomes.
Delivery Management:
End-to-End Project Delivery:
Oversee the complete delivery lifecycle of project portfolios within the program, from initiation through closure.
Scope and Requirement Definition:
Collaborate with customer and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
Project Planning and Resource Allocation:
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Coordination and Progress Tracking:
Coordinate project activities, assign tasks, track progress, and conduct milestone reviews to keep projects on track.
Change Management Leadership:
Lead change initiatives, ensuring clear communication and implementation of project parameters.
Risk Identification and Mitigation:
Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Financial Monitoring and Management:
Monitor project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management, to ensure projects stay within budget.
Quality Assurance and Governance:
Ensure adherence to quality standards through effective project governance and quality assurance processes.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in program and project management.
Preferred certifications:
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent.
Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Prior experience in consulting or professional services organization.
Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and driving business value.
