    Position:

    The Program Manager (Manager) is expected to lead and manage the delivery of Technology-based Data Analytics projects for the company's clients. The Manager will be the single point of contact for the client and collaborate with senior client stakeholders such as C suite leaders and Functional/Departmental Heads from different industries to drive execution of these projects. The Manager will be working closely with multi- functional teams across Business, Finance, Data Science, Technology and Data Engineering domains, to ensure delivery of the projects involving development of end-to-end data strategies and corresponding cloud-based data infrastructure, that can support a robust reporting suite and efficient decision-making for clients.


    The Manager will connect with the client and internal teams on a regular basis to drive the project execution and will update the project status periodically to the client and internal stakeholders.

    He/she will be solely responsible for outcome of the project.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    The roles and responsibilities of Program Manager will include the below:

    • Collaborate with senior client stakeholders (C suite leaders, Department/Functional Heads) to understand the business requirements, translate them to specific project requirements, align on the objectives to be achieved on the project, and lead the design & delivery of robust & scalable technology solutions
    • Partner with internal stakeholders to finalize resources, and project scope, set project objectives, priorities and milestones, and delivery to meet deadlines of the project/program
    • Collaborate with internal Data Engineering team for solution development and ensure project objectives are accurately translated into work products for development and delivery.
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to identify, track, report, and resolvedevelopment and delivery issues/concerns of projects.
    • Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders about the project status and drive meetings to meet the objectives of the project/program
    • Function as a layer between the client and internal delivery team, ensure quality standards are adhered to and deliveries strictly adhere to the timelines.
    Pre-requisites and skillsets required to apply for this role:

    • Undergraduate degree (B.E/B.Tech.) from tier1/tier2 colleges are preferred.
    • MBA from tier1/tier2 colleges
    • Minimum of 6 years
    • Experience in working in or collaborating with Technology teams
    • Good understanding of Agile methodology for project management
    • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
    Preferred (non-mandatory) experience:


    • Direct experience in delivery of Database/Data Warehouse projects in onpremises or cloudbased environments, is a huge plus
    • Experience in SQL and T-SQL in Microsoft SQL Server environment
    • Exposure to cloudbased service provider Microsoft Azure, and its services such as Data Factory, SQL Database, Data Lake, Analysis Services, Databricks.
