TA Data Analytics Executive
Location:
Mumbai HO
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze recruitment data to identify trends, patterns and insights.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track recruitment metrics & share predictive analytics.
- Work with recruiters to identify areas for improvement in data & reporting.
- Conduct analysis of hiring data to provide insights and recommendations for talent acquisition strategies.
- Provide training to recruiters and hiring managers on how to use recruitment data to improve their decisionmaking.
- Collaborate with HR Information Systems team to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Stay up to date on emerging trends and technologies related to data analytics in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field 3+ years of experience in data analytics or related field
- Experience with recruitment data and analytics preferred.
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple projects concurrently.
