    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power BI Dashboard Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in developing and designing Power BI dashboards.

    They will be responsible for transforming data into visually appealing and insightful dashboards that drive business decision-making.

    Must-Have Skills/Qualifications :


    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role.
    • Must have experience developing simple to complex dashboards using PowerBI.
    • PowerBI report/dashboard development via expertise in all aspects of Power BI.
    This means data analysis, data/report development and data presentation.

    • Very good experience in PowerBI, SQL and Excel is must.
    • Strong understanding of data modelling concepts and data warehousing principles.
    • Experience working with SQL databases and extracting data using SQL queries.
    • Good to have knowledge on Tableau, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks.
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Certifications in Power BI or related areas would be advantageous.
    • Good communication skills to be able to discuss and deliver requirements effectively with the client teams.
    Key Responsibilities :


    • Develop, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
    • Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI.
    • Run data validations and checks on PowerBI reports.
    • Take an analytical and visual approach to translate data into informative reports.
    • Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive and insightful dashboards.
    • Clean, transform, and model data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
    • Create data visualizations, including charts, graphs, and maps, using best practices for data visualization and user experience.
    • Optimize dashboard performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
    • Provide training and support to endusers on how to use Power BI dashboards effectively.
    • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and advancements in Power BI and data visualization techniques.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to data analytics processes and tools.
    • Understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
    • Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analytics.
    • Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI.
    • Create customize charts and custom calculations as per requirements.
    • SQL querying for best results, use of filters and graphs for better understanding of data.
    • Performance tuning for data model and dashboard.
    • Advanced DAX, Power Query, PowerBI modelling.
