    Job Title: Purchase ExecutiveGarment SectorNo. of Vacancy:2Salary: 5 LPA to 6 LPACTCJobSummary:As a PurchaseExecutive in the garment sector you will be responsible forsourcing purchasing and managing the inventory of materialsrequired for garment production. You will collaborate closely withsuppliers negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery ofmaterials to meet production schedules. Your role will involvemaintaining optimal inventory levels monitoring market trends andidentifying costsaving opportunities while maintaining qualitystandards.Responsibilities:
    • Identifyreliable suppliers for fabrics trims accessories and othermaterials required for garmentproduction.
    • Source materials at competitiveprices while maintaining qualitystandards.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreementswith suppliers to secure favorable terms andconditions.
    • Monitor inventory levels and ensureadequate stock availability to support productionschedules.
    • Build and maintain strongrelationships with suppliers fostering open communication andresolving any issues promptly.
    • Work closelywith the quality control team to ensure that materials meetestablished quality standards.
    • Conductinspections of incoming materials to verify quality and compliancewith specifications.
    • Stay updated on markettrends industry developments and regulatory requirements related togarment materials.
    • Maintain accurate records ofpurchase orders contracts and suppliercommunications.
    • Prepare regular reports onprocurement activities inventory levels and costsavinginitiatives.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelorsdegree in supply chain management Business Administration or arelated field.
    • Proven experience as a PurchaseExecutive or in a similar procurement role preferably in thegarment industry.
    • Strong negotiation skills andthe ability to build and maintain supplierrelationships.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Officeapplications and familiarity with inventory managementsoftware.
    • Analytical mindset with the abilityto interpret data and make strategicdecisions.
    • Knowledge of garment materialsproduction processes and qualitystandards.
    • Ability to work well under pressureand meet tight deadlines.
    • Attention to detailand strong organizationalskills.
