    Overview:

    Weare seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Supervisor (Civil) to joinour dynamic team contributing to our ongoing projects in Coimbatoreand Pollachi. This role is ideal for both fresh graduates andexperienced professionals with up to 3 years of experience in thecivil engineering field. The successful candidate will play acrucial role in overseeing the daily operations on constructionsites ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and inaccordance with safety regulations and qualitystandards.



    RequirementsKeyResponsibilities:

    • Superviseand coordinate the activities of construction workers andsubcontractors to ensure efficient job execution and adherence toprojectspecifications.
    • Conductregular site inspections to monitor progress enforce safetyprotocols and address any issues or delayspromptly.
    • Collaboratewith engineers architects and other professionals to discuss andresolve matters such as work procedures complaints and constructionproblems.
    • Maintaindetailed records of construction activities including progressreports material usage logs and worker attendance to ensuretransparency andaccountability.
    • Implementquality control measures to ensure the construction meets orexceeds standards and clientexpectations.
    • Assistin project planning and scheduling including estimating timelinesand materialrequirements.
    • Fostera safe working environment by conducting safety briefings andtraining sessions for sitepersonnel.
    • Manageand resolve conflicts or misunderstandings that may arise on sitein a professionalmanner.

    EssentialQualifications:

    • Diplomaor BE in Civil Engineering (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;up to 3 years of experience ispreferred).
    • Proficiencyin reading and interpreting construction plans andblueprints.
    • Strongunderstanding of construction methods materials andregulations.
    • Excellentorganizational leadership and decisionmakingskills.

    Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma orequivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is aplus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisualequipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
