Complete coordinationownership and management of the project for BIM design anddeliverables.

Lead theproject

Deliverables ofteam

Develop all design schematics for various projects ofretail outlets and similar nature projects in BIM Revit for alldesign verticals Archi/ C&S/ MEP.

Plan Design

Approval of designs

Lead team of BIM modelers to deliverthe project including Assign works to team and guide/ follow upwith BIM coordinator and BIM team

Administration

Smooth execution

3D clash detection analysis andresolution extraction of quantities with Qs team Navis works exportfor review and VR presentation.

Complete coordination

Clash free model

Providing input to all team inalignment to Client requirements and complete coordination withspecialist subcontractors or other organizations that will helpcomplete the design and execution of project work.

As per projectrequirement

Project compliance

Havecomplete knowledge of all design departments Archi C&S MEP design stage and manage design deliverables for all departmentsfor site execution. Safety in design and execution as a primefocus.

Design andcoordination

Designdeliverables quality and schedule compliance

Managing entire projectsdesign process to ensure that everything is delivered as perschedule and budget working very closely with estimatorsquantity surveyors site managers and other keymembers of the project team
