CRM Executive (Bangalore, India)

Responsibilities:


  • Work together with the CRM team Globally and manage CRM campaigns for Wego
  • Should be able to conceptualize and plan campaigns based on Market requirements and seasonality.
  • Develop and evolve advanced segmentation strategies that deliver truly personalized marketing programs and exceptional user experiences
  • Leverage analytics, data and deep customer insights to identify and execute innovative programs that continually push CRM initiatives to the next level
  • Conceptualize and guide the creative designing part of the campaign activities

Required Skills:


  • Should have experience of a minimum of 13 years in Planning, Handling & executing CRM campaigns.
  • Excellent database / CRM knowledge and expertise in reading and understanding data.
  • 12 years of handson Engagement marketing experience.
  • Knowledge & Experience on App Engagement and Reengagement campaigns.
  • Experience in mapping the purchase funnel.
  • Strong communication skills as you would be working with various departments and across Wego's offices on a daily basis.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail when you deal with projects that will directly impact users.
  • Handson experience on tool like CleverTap, Webengage, MoEngage
  • Should be able to think of users over anything else.
  • Should be able to work independently.
  • SQL knowledge & Business intelligence background is a plus.
  • Curious and fast to learn new things
  • Preferably from a Travel industry background.
