Travel Experience Counselor II
NW)

Purpose of the Role -

Provides consultative customer support services to clients via multiple channels.

Main Responsibilities -
-
Primary Responsibility

Provides consultative customer support services to clients via multiple channels.
Creates and completes travel arrangements (car, hotel, air, rail, travel insurance, visas) for moderately complex travel itineraries/BO tasks.
Moderately complex ticketing/exchange.
Acts as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations that provide the best traveler experience in each situation.

First level

Invoice & Billing related queries.
GDS queue monitor.
Bookings of VIP travelers.
Lease with vendors/suppliers.
Works under moderate supervision.
Resolves moderately complex problems with potentially nonstandard and multidestinations, ticket exchanges, and complex fares.
Escalates more complex problems to more experienced staff.
Assignments include both routine and nonroutine work.
Qualifications

Qualifications -

Experience & Education:

Experience

3+ years of experience working in a customer service environment including 2+ years as a travel counselor.

Languages

English fluent
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Good travel industry knowledge
Geographical knowledge, Airline hubs, interline airline agreements & fares.
Skilled in GDS and other booking tools used by CWT.
