Description
Issue of complaint numbers (Tickets) to field engineers/onsite engineers.

  • Ensuring that the call is attended & taking updates from the engineers.
  • Followup for pending calls with respective concerns & updating in call sheet.
  • Taking spare request from field and site engineers.
  • Ensuring arrangement of replacement spare and their timely delivery at site.
  • Knowledge related to handling Vendor management.
  • Call tracking & closure.
  • Thoroughly understand SLA between us & customer.

Salary:
₹15, ₹19,000.00 per month
