Track, coordinate, and manage escalated Incident/Service Request

IMAC
Coordinate / manage Third Parties that provide maintenance-related support

for Hardware and Software

Basic support (L1) on RF-Guns / PPAD Management. Escalating and Coordinating with respective team in case the issue is not resolved with the initial troubleshooting.
Basic Support (L1) on Voice / Video-Conferencing (VC) Management (Client Side). Escalating and Coordinating with respective vendor and/or team in case of Voice/VC equipment failure

Salary:
₹240, ₹350,000.00 per year
