    Description

    Lead and manage the entire recruitmentprocess from sourcing and screening candidates to conductinginterviews and making joboffers.2 Develop and maintaineffective relationship with hiring managers to understand staffingneeds and with external recruiters to get the positions closed onpriority.3Undertake and execute various HR functions including but notlimited to onboarding/off boarding induction payroll managementLeave and attendance management employee relations performancemanagement complianceetc.4 Review andupdate HR policies regularly to reflect changes in legislation andmaintain alignment with organizationalgoals4 Identifyopportunities for process improvements and actively contribute tothe development and implementation of HRinitiatives5Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to addressHRrelated concerns and ensure a smoothworkflow6 Ensurecompliance with local state and federal employment laws andregulations.

    7 Stayinformed about industry trends best practices and legalrequirements related toHR8 Adapt to theevolving needs of a growing company and actively seek opportunitiesfor professionaldevelopment9Identify training needs within the organization and collaboratewith training providers to develop and deliver relevantprograms10 LeverageHRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR technologiesto streamline processes and enhance dataaccuracy11 Generateregular reports for leadership to provide insights and supportdatadrivendecisionmaking12Partner with the finance team to manage and administer employeecompensation and benefitsprograms13 Designand implement performance management processes including goalsetting regular checkins and performance reviews14 Proactivelyidentify and address potential employee relations issues working tomaintain a positive and collaborativeworkplace
