    Job Title:Video Content Creator

    About the job

    We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Content Creator to join our team and contribute to our growing online presence.

    Experience in graphic design, motion graphics and digital illustrations will be preferred.

    Experience: 2 - 4 years

    Location: Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chengalpettu campus. We have Institute transportation from most locations in Chennai.

    Role & Responsibilities

    Content Development

    1. Conceptualize, script, and produce engaging and shareable video content that aligns with the company's brand and objectives.
    2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate ideas and ensure content consistency across various platforms.

    Video Production

    1. Shoot high-quality, professional videos using the latest camera equipment and tools.
    2. Edit and enhance video content using industry-standard software to create visually appealing and engaging videos best suited for short-form content consumption.

    Platform Management

    1. Manage and optimize video content across various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
    2. Stay updated on platform trends and algorithm changes to maximize reach and engagement.

    Brand Representation

    1. Ensure that all video content adheres to the company's brand guidelines and reflects its values and messaging.
    2. Act as a brand ambassador in video content, presenting a positive and professional image.

    Audience Engagement

    1. Foster and maintain a strong connection with the audience through creative storytelling and interactive elements.
    2. Respond to audience comments, messages, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

    Analytics and Reporting

    1. Monitor video performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to improve content strategy and audience engagement.
    2. Adjust content based on performance feedback and emerging trends.

    MUST HAVE Qualifications

    • 1. Proven experience as a Video Content Creator or similar role.
    • 2. Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
    • 3. Strong knowledge of camera equipment and video production techniques.
    • 4. Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective video algorithms.
    • 5. Creative thinking and storytelling skills.
    • 6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • 7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • 8. Up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

    Education and Experience:

    • 1. Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred).
    • 2. Previous experience in creating and managing video content for brands (portfolio or examples required).
