    Description
    JobDescription:Our company isseeking an experienced Construction Project Manager tomanageand oversee construction projects fromstart to finish. The successful candidatewillhave strong leadership communication andproblemsolving skills as well as adeepunderstanding of construction methods materials and safetypractices.KeyResponsibilities:
    • Planorganize and supervise construction projects from start tofinish.
    • Manage and coordinate subcontractorssuppliers and other stakeholders involved in theproject.
    • Ensure compliance with building codessafety regulations and other legalrequirements.
    • Develop and maintain projectschedules budgets and resource plans.
    • Conductregular site inspections and quality checks to ensure work iscompleted to the required standard.
    • Provideguidance and support to project team members including constructionsupervisors and laborers.
    • Respond toprojectrelated issues and resolve conflicts in a timely andeffective manner.
    • Develop and maintain strongrelationships with clients suppliers and otherstakeholders.
    • Manage vendor relationships andnegotiate contracts to ensure costeffective solutions and timelyproject completion.
    • Coordinate with theprocurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials andequipment to the construction sites.
    • Preparedetailed site quality reports including documentation of workprogress deviations and recommendations forimprovement.
    • Collaborate with the clients pointof contact to address projectrelated queries provide regularupdates and obtain completioncertification.
    • Oversee the execution ofconstruction activities to ensure adherence to project timelinesspecifications and quality standards.
    • Foster aculture of safety onsite and ensure compliance with all health andsafetyregulations.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelorsdegree in Construction Management / CivilEngineering.
    • 3 years of experience inconstruction management or a relatedfield.
    • Strong project management skillsincluding the ability to plan organize and manage resourceseffectively.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strongrelationships with clients suppliers and otherstakeholders.
    • Indepth knowledge of constructionmethods materials and safety practices.
    • Abilityto read and interpret construction drawings blueprints andspecifications.
    • Strong problemsolving skillswith the ability to think creatively and develop innovativesolutions to complex issues.
    • Ability to workwell under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Strongleadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teammembers.
    AdditionalQualifications(Preferred):
    • Bachelorsdegree in Civil Engineering or relatedfield.
    • Proven experience in constructionproject management particularly in sourcing vendors and contractorsfor various construction trades.
    • Strongknowledge of foundation works steel and PUF erections and MEPservices.
    • Excellent communication skills inEnglish and Hindi both written andverbal.
    • Proficient in MS Office suite andproject management software.
    • Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced deadlinedrivenenvironment.
    • Strong problemsolving skills andattention to detail.
    • Demonstrated ability tocollaborate and coordinate with multiplestakeholders.
    • Knowledge of local building codesand regulations.
    • Valid driving license andwillingness to travel to construction sites asrequired.
    • Proficient in reading andinterpreting construction civil engineeringdrawings
    • manufacturing and fabrication drawingsas well as project plans.
    • Strong understandingof construction methodologies techniques and bestpractices.
    • Familiarity with relevant softwaretools for viewing and analyzing construction drawings and projectplans.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively witharchitects engineers and otherproject
    • stakeholders to ensure accurateinterpretation of drawings and plans.
    • Knowledgeof construction materials their specifications and appropriateapplications.
    • Strong analytical skills toidentify potential issues or conflicts in drawings and plans andpropose solutions.
    • Attention to detail andability to spot discrepancies or errors in construction drawingsand plans.
    • Proactive approach to stayingupdated with industry trends standardsand
    • emerging technologies related toconstruction drawing interpretation and projectplanning.
