    Description
    Roles andResponsibilities
    Review andApprove:
    • All transactions with respect to Accounts PayablesAccounts Receivables Journals etc.
    • Bank ReconciliationStatement Prepaid Expenses Accruals etc
    • Submissions/filings tovarious Banks Statutory authorities etc with respect to TDS GST MSME FEMA etc.
    CloseProcess:
    • Prepare a monthly close financial pack
    • Reporting of the approved financial pack to HQ
    • Ensure all Inter Company transactions are reconciled and yearendbalancingdone
    Taxation:
    • Ensure all periodic returns are filed for Direct and Indirect Taxesand other statutory requirements
    • Attend to andrespond to all notices and submit to all assessments from variousstatutory authorities
    • Be abreast with variousdevelopments and implications on the organization from variouslaws
    Audit:
    • Completely handle audit independently StatutoryFinance and Tax Internal Audit GSTAudits etc.
    Process:
    • Bring in best practices controls and automation in helpingproductivity and efficiency support corporate initiatives includingimplementations transformation etc.
    • Maintaincomplete documentation of activities/tasks
    • Actas backup for theteam
    DesiredCandidateProfile:
    • QualifiedCA with a minimum of 57years of work experience in CoreAccounting and Taxation roles.
    • Strong Knowledge ofAccounting Technical Ability toindependently finalize books ofaccounts and StatutoryAudits .
    • Strong Knowledge ofDirect and IndirectTaxes particularly TDSDTAA andGST .
    • Goodknowledge of Office Applications viz ExcelWord etc.
    • Working experience onERPs like OracleSAP etc.
    • Working experience indealing with multiple stakeholders internal andexternal.
    • Ability to handle the roleindependently strong team player flexible on work hours and able towork under pressure.
