Job Summary
This role would be to train employees on.
NET, C++, Java and other language and technologies such as cloud, Big Data, Data Science etc.

Roles and Responsibilities

Mentor freshers and juniors and train them well to get them ready for development
Manage various trainers from third party institutes
Should be able to train himself on various new technologies
Should be able to manage training schedule

Key Performance Indicators

Train as many people as possible for development
Mentor freshers and juniors
Arrange training for other technologies from institutes

Required Skills:

Should know.

NET Core, SQL Server, C#, ASP.NET, WebAPI,.NET Core Web Services

Experience with additional languages such as C++, Java etc is beneficial
Should be able to train employees on various languages and domains
Should have at least 5 years of training experience

Qualification and Experience

Graduation/Post Graduation /B.E./BTech/M.E./MTech/MCA/MSC preferably from reputed tier colleges.
5+ years' Experience in training students or employees
Should know.

NET Core, SQL Server, C#, ASP.NET, WebAPI,.NET Core Web Services

Experience with additional languages like Java Script, HTML, C++, Java, React, Angular is plus
Experience with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure etc. is plus
