    Job Description :

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Utilize your extensive experience in the Software Quality Assurance field to drive quality initiatives across the organization.
    • Lead the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, including CMMI SVC 2.0, ISO 9001, ISO 20001, and ISO 14001.
    • Develop training assets and materials using MS PowerPoint to educate employees on quality standards, processes, and best practices.
    • Create and maintain process documentation ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with established standards.
    • Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide expert guidance and support to project teams on quality assurance methodologies, tools, and techniques.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement quality improvements and drive continuous process enhancements.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory requirements related to quality management.

    Required Skills :

    • 711 years of overall experience in the Software Quality Assurance field.
    • Handson experience with CMMI SVC 2.0, ISO 9001, ISO 20001, and ISO 14001.
    • Proficiency in creating training assets and presentations using MS PowerPoint.
    • Strong documentation skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
    • Indepth knowledge of Software Quality Assurance principles and methodologies.
    • Experience with CMMI Level 5 and conducting SQA audits and consulting is highly desirable.
