    Job Description
    Lead oversees the design and configuration of the Marketing Technology (SFMC). Leveraging the required technical skill set to build sophisticated ETL processes, extend product functionality, and set -up the large-scale delivery of communications with dynamic content in real -time. More senior profiles are very aware of X-channels marketing practices enabling them to lead business discussion and engaged directly with stakeholders on functional topics.

    What You Will Enjoy In This Role
    The Marketing Technology Lead (SFMC) will be responsible for overseeing the technical delivery and helping the team with analysis, development, testing and documentation for Salesforce Marketing Cloud based projects. Additionally, the Lead will also engage in support and enhancement requests.
    What You Will Do
    Primary responsibilities include leading, designing, developing, and managing solutions for Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You are a SME, with hands on experience on SFMC. Experience with administration of SFMC is also a requirement.
    This Lead should have hands on experience executing SFMC projects, with experience developing solutions with following SFMC solutions:
    • Email Studio
    • Mobile Studio
    • Journey Builder
    • Interaction Studio
    This Lead will be responsible for ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business, ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance and security requirements are closely monitored by working with the project teams. Tracking the user story at task level and planning, consulting the team to achieve the deliverables
    The candidate must also be able to identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches. You should also be comfortable in providing a level of effort estimates for the technical portion of solutions.
    Qualifications
    • Eager to learn new applications of traditional technologies.
    • Able to articulate and convey technical concepts to a mixed audience.
    • Familiarity with enterprise software and project implementation life cycles is a plus.
    • Knowledge of CRM and/or marketing applications and processes is a plus.
    • Experience in technology integrations with Sales Force Marketing cloud (Messaging)
    • Knowledge of basic marketing concepts such as Campaign RoI metrics and KRAs
    • 1+ years of experience in cross channel marketing campaign delivery, like Push Notifications, In-App deliveries
    • 5+ years of SQL development experience including ETL implementations.
    • 5+ years of scripting/programming experience (JavaScript preferred)
    • 8+ years of enterprise software implementation experience
    • 4 years minimum of experience with SFMC platform and + 1 more year in working on Campaign management technology implementations as a Lead.
    • 4-year college degree in a technical field or equivalent
    • Any campaign related certification is added advantage.
