    Job Title: Field Application Engineer (SMPS Topologies)

    Location: Bengaluru

    Job Type: Full-time

    Job Brief

    We are seeking three highly skilled and motivated Field Application Engineers (FAEs) to join our dynamic team in India. The FAEs will play a pivotal role in providing technical support and expertise to our valued clients, ensuring the successful integration and utilization of our products.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Utilize in-depth knowledge of SMPS (Switched Mode Power Supply) topologies to provide expert guidance to clients.
    • Design, test, and analyze AC/DC and DC/DC SMPS configurations.
    • Develop and design magnetic components, including transformers, to meet client specifications and requirements.
    • Debug designs and recommend necessary modifications to enhance performance and functionality.
    • Utilize various design and simulation tools to optimize product performance and efficiency.
    • Conduct accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) analysis, ensuring compliance with project requirements and budget constraints.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales and engineering teams to provide technical insights and support during customer interactions.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance product knowledge and expertise.

    Requirements

    • Mandatory proficiency in SMPS knowledge, encompassing various topologies.
    • Demonstrated expertise in AC/DC and DC/DC SMPS design, testing, and analysis.
    • Extensive experience in designing magnetic components, with a focus on transformers.
    • Proven ability to debug designs and recommend appropriate modifications for optimal performance.
    • Proficiency in design and simulation tools.
    • Accurate BOM analysis skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in Electronics with 2 to 5 years relevant experience.
