    Description

    Technical/Functional expertise

    · Proficient in various qualitative & quantitative techniques

    · Facilitate primary market research related decision making for clients by providing and communicating qualitative and quantitative analytics on primary market research data

    · Support team/team lead in all business related tasks/activities

    · Building process documentation and knowledge repositories

    · Create and deliver client requirements as per agreed SLAs (timeliness, accuracy, quality, etc) and drive excellent customer service

    · Should be comfortable managing day-to-day interactions with client stakeholders, vendors, other partners

    · Deliver services through structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services

    · Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality checklists that will enable excellent quality outputs for all outputs within the function

    · Maintaining financial hygiene to ensure no non-compliances for audits

    · Ensuring on-time Collections from clients

    · Active participation in various knowledge sharing sessions that enables growth and improves quality

    · Comply with all internal functional operating procedures like time tracking, KPI tracking and reporting, and other internal systems and processes

    · Comply to all internal operating procedures as per Legal/IT/HR/Finance requirements

    · Extensive and hands-on with day-to-day project and client management

    · Qualitative requirements

    o Need to liaison with fieldwork vendors, moderators, transcribers

    o Proficient in making screeners, discussion guides, etc

    o Should be able to independently handle client queries/modifications on qual research instruments

    o Should be comfortable with moderation of various stakeholders, eg, HCPs, patients, pharmacists, industry experts, etc

    o Required to conduct pilot interviews and advise changes to clients on instruments if necessary

    o Should be able to create impactful reports addressing business questions

    o Willing to travel for fieldwork within/outside of the city if necessary

    o Accompanying clients for fieldwork within/outside the city

    · Quantitative requirements

    o Need to liaison with fieldwork vendors, interviewers, data processing, advanced analytics teams, etc.

    o Proficient in making screeners, questionnaires (mid to complex levels), etc

    o Should be able to independently handle client queries/modifications on quant research instruments

    o Should be comfortable with all logistical requirements for quantitative primary research

    o Comfortable checking raw data, data table, etc in Excel

    o Should be able to connect data points to ensure data accuracy

    o Should be able to create impactful reports addressing business questions

    o Required to conduct pilot interviews and advise changes to clients on instruments if necessary

    o Willing to travel for fieldwork within/outside of the city if necessary

    o Accompanying clients for fieldwork within/outside the city

    o Should have sound understanding of pricing (PSM, Gabor Granger), Brand Equity, Segmentation, Forecasting, Conjoint studies, etc

    o Rewind meta-analysis of existing PMR studies

    · Business Results: Quality KPI targets met as per business expectations. Good customer satisfaction scores

    · All projects delivered as per customer expectations

    · Drive design and enhancement of existing services/deliverables, Internal customer satisfaction with quality of services provided

    · Learning agility, Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, Project Management

    · Understanding of basic statistical principles and application in market research

    · Advanced MS-office skills (MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint)

    Minimum requirements:

    · Graduate/Post Graduate in Engineering/Mathematics/Statistics/Medicine/Pharmacy/Life Sciences

    · Experience (5-6 years) in primary market research both qualitative & quantitative techniques

    · Experience in pharma primary market research is an advantage

    · Strong analytical thinking with problem solving approach

    · Should be comfortable working in an unorganized environment

    · Exposure to working in cross-cultural environment in as added advantage

    · Should be customer service oriented

    · Strong and proactive business results-focus, and proven ability to provide insights that increase productivity
