Your profile:

IT BusinessPartner/ Demand Management Professional is responsible as a single point ofcontact for handling demands arising out of business in their day-to-dayactivities.

She\He should be able to talk to business, translate their demandin IT terms and supervise for completing the demand with the necessarystakeholders in business as well as IT.

Your responsibilities:

Demand Management, budgeting, vendor coordination for digitalization initiatives.
Application project coordination
Collaborate and Coordinate within IT Team. Location IT Support.
Need to coordinate at base locations in Gurgaon and Germany.
Partnering with the business/ plant stakeholders, you will further develop the plant's IT architecture and support implementing SE IT Central Programs coordinated with the SE IT global teams.

MandatorySkills:

B.E/B.Tech or higher degree in Computer Science/IT or in related field with minimum 68 years of experience.
Understanding of Cloud Technology
Knowledge of Cyber Security topics.
Understanding of ticketing systems, ITIL processes and IT operations.
Understanding of Agile methodologies
Knowledge of scripting/development.
Good communication skills and proactive thinking.

Good to have:

SAP knowledge will be added advantage.
Knowledge of Windows Server Administration
Knowledge of IT OT and AI
Knowledge of network LAN\WAN
Knowledge of Backup/Recovery concept.
