    Associate Application Developer, FindLaw Segment / Service Management Team

    About the Role

    • Develop applications using Angular, React, and MongoDB, following best practices and coding standards.
    • Engage in front-end and back-end development of web applications to ensure smooth user experiences.
    • Collaborate with diverse teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features.
    • Utilize Python to create AI and machine learning models and integrate them into applications as needed.
    • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure application robustness and reliability.
    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends and incorporate them into projects when suitable.
    • Contribute to enhancing development processes and methodologies continuously.
    • Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders, providing progress updates and addressing feedback.

    About You

    To be a suitable candidate for the role of Associate Web Developer, you should have:

    • 6 months of experience in full-stack application development.
    • Completed relevant AI or machine learning courses from reputable institutions or online platforms like Coursera, Udacity, or edX, showcasing a strong understanding of AI concepts.
    • Hands-on experience applying AI techniques to real-world problems, demonstrating proficiency in AI model development and deployment.
    • Strong grasp of Python programming, especially in developing AI and machine learning models and seamlessly integrating them into applications.
    • Familiarity with popular AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn, and leveraging them effectively in projects.
    • Expertise in front-end technologies like Angular and React, back-end development using MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, ensuring comprehensive development capabilities.
    • Ability to work in an agile development environment, collaborate closely with team members, and adapt to changing requirements, while effectively conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, supplemented by continuous learning and staying updated on AI and machine learning advancements.
    • Practical experience with WordPress, including HTML5 and CSS3 customization.
    • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
    • Basic knowledge of the Search Engine Optimization process.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to solving complex issues.
    • Strong communication skills to keep stakeholders informed and involved in project updates and changes.
    • Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends and implement them in operations and activities.
