    Leadand implement various projects stemming from HR Technologyinitiatives and enhancements which influence our employeesexperience.
    Collaboratingwith partners to facilitate business requirements project scopeuseracceptance testing plan scenarios lessons learned and projectclosure.
    Identifyingand negotiating project goals objectives and success measures andtracking to ensure we deliverexcellence.

    Partnerwith IT and HR to project handle and implement business processchanges to HR including onpremise and cloud applications resultingfrom strategic business initiatives and process improvementopportunities.

    Leadand support major company and HR initiatives such as QuarterlySuccessFactorsCloud release activation of new cloud functionality Mobileapplication deployment SAP HCM Components (ECC) like PersonnelAdministration Organizational Management and Business Intelligence(BI) systems changes by providing consultation and domainexpertise.

    Lead theevaluation development and implementation of additional HR projectsincluding strategic or process improvement initiatives which havebusiness unit wideimpact.
    Plan control andcoordinate SAPSuccessFactors(sub) projects of varioussizesIn closecooperation with our customers you will especially design theroadmaps for the introduction of the latest SAP technologies alwayswith a clear focus on the business valuecontributionHavevery good knowledge of the Employee Central module of theSuccessFactorsSuiteAdvise ourcustomers with your broad and indepth specialist knowledge alsowith regard to adjacent modules /systemsWillindependently lead workshops on the requirements recording at ourcustomers create concepts for the implementation of therequirements and implement the requirements of the customers in thesystemAlways up todate with new opportunities and releases in theSuccessFactorsenvironment and proactively advise our customers onthisAlready haveexperience with anotherSuccessFactorsmodule or would like to build up furtherknowhow
