    Description

    The candidate should have experience of 2 years in managing the Accountant's work, preferably for a CA Firm. Location: Ernakulam, Kochi

    Responsibilities

    1. To act as a contact point to interact with clients and perform liaisoning work.

    2. Handling day-to-day accounting of Transactions and bookkeeping in Tally

    3. Preparation of Daily Cash Flow Statements

    4. Daily Reconciliation of Bank Statements and regular updating of books of accounts, along with customer ledger reconciliation and sorting out any discrepancies

    5. Preparation and Maintenance of Expense Vouchers and Bills

    6. Handling Complete Billing Activity with timely follow-ups with customers and ensuring regular collections

    7. Communicating with customers diligently for payment follow-up

    8. Collection, preparation, and finalization of data for GST returns, filing of GST returns on the GST Portal

    9. Proper Reconciliation of Input Tax Credits and necessary postings in books of accounts

    10. Preparation of Monthly Statutory Compliance Reports, conduction of regular reconciliation, and filing of TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax returns.

    11. Any other work assigned by the reporting manager. The responsibilities can be reviewed or changed from time to time as per the guidance of the Reporting Manager.

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years' of professional accounting experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
    • Expert Level of knowledge in accounting in Tally
    • Working Knowledge in the filing of GST and TDS Returns

    Salary: Rs 2.5 LPA- 3.3 LPA
