    Description
    Manager/ Sr Manager – Civil Structural @ Noida

    Our client is a large engineering company offering efficient and sustainable water treatment solutions. They are catering to the needs of large municipal & industrial customers for wastewater and sewage treatment. They are looking to fill the following position quickly.

    Position :
    Manager/ Sr Manager – Civil Structural

    Location :
    Noida

    Education :
    B.Tech (Civil Engineering), M.Tech. / M.E. (Structure) / Environmental Engineering - Preferred with Auto CAD+MBA.

    Experience : 15 Years with water, hydro or irrigation projects.

    Compensation : Commensurate with education and experience

    Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :
    Candidate should hold a strong educational background in Civil Engineering, Structure, or Environmental Engineering with additional qualifications such as AutoCAD and MBA, along with at least 15 years of relevant experience.

    • Civil Proposal Pre-bid Engineering, Design & Analysis and quantity estimation of various water retaining structures, structural design (steel as well as RCC), design and estimation of associated general civil works like roads, drains, buildings, plumbing & drainage etc.
    • Review of consultant's estimates of design & drawings related to steel and RCC for water retaining structures, review of design of associated general civil works like roads, buildings, drains, plumbing & drainage etc.
    • Technical assessment of Proposals for new Projects through site visits, preparation of pre-bid queries, meeting with client and support for consultant, design / review of consultant's documents to optimize civil BOQ within the purview of tender documents.
    • Experience in a professional water and wastewater treatment company in pre-tendering proposal management.
    • Independently handling Proposals for Large Turnkey Water Projects and Water Distribution & Piping Network Projects.
    • Understanding P & I diagrams and providing cost-effective proposals for industrial water treatment plants.
    • Preparation of Techno-Commercial Offers.
    • Strong technical aptitude and capable of attending pre-bid meetings and techno-commercial meetings with clients / consultants along with the marketing team.
