Description
Experiences in handling OPT, H1B, GC, Citizen & Transfer visa consultant on Bench.- Must be familiar with US Tax Term and visa status.
- Having adeptness in using various job Portals such as
- Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, and Hot Jobs etc.
- Good Negotiation Skills.
- Need to have Good Network & Contacts in the US IT Staffing Market.
- Experience in Developing Prime Vendor & Direct Client relationships.
- Manage all aspects of a client relationship, presale post sale technical assistance like cold calling, completion of RFP's to closing the sales.
- Develop relationships with hiring / business managers of clients and consultants.
- Generate new business for the company and meet monthly, quarterly or annual sales targets.
- Able to prepare reports on bench on a daily basis and work closely with the consultants and coordination with the Management, abide by company norms.
Salary:
₹15, ₹80,000.00 per month
