We are currently hiring a Manager for the Production and Maintenance Department who can join us immediately at our Hyderabad location.
Mandatory Requirements:
OR
You must have completed MBA from an English-Speaking Country (US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand) and have at least 3 years of work experience in these countries in any field of administration.
Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
Overseeing and being responsible for the new office set up process as well as taking care of regular maintenance work of existing offices.
Provide training to personnel and allocate responsibilities to your team members.
Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
Manage schedules and deadlines.
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
• No Cab Facility Available.
• Fixed Night Shift: 5:30 pm to 4:30 am
• Working Days: 4 days (Monday thru Thursday)
• Week Off: 3 days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
