    Description

    About the Role :
    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Automation Test Analyst to join our growing QA team.

    In this critical role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts using UFT/Micro Focus Silk to ensure the quality and functionality of our software applications.


    Responsibilities :

    UFT/Micro Focus Silk Expertise :

    • Possess 5+ years of experience in automating software testing with UFT/Micro Focus Silk.
    • Indepth knowledge of UFT/Silk functionalities, including keyworddriven testing, object identification, datadriven testing, and error handling.
    • Experience in creating reusable and maintainable test scripts for various testing scenarios.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and debug automation scripts effectively.

    Software Testing Expertise :

    • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and testing principles.
    • Experience in designing and executing various test cases, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
    • Ability to analyze test results, identify defects, and report them effectively.

    Additional Skills :

    • Experience with API testing using UFT/Silk is a plus.
    • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) is a plus.
    • Understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, testers, and other stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
    • 5+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation.
    • Proven experience with UFT/Micro Focus Silk is essential.)
