    We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Quality Assurance and Testing Analyst II to join our Testing team, under OTIS – Pershing India. This role is located in CHENNAI, Tamil Nadu – HYBRID

    In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

    • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of mutual fund data and reports.
    • Identify, document, and track defects and issues in mutual fund data, reports, and systems.
    • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure that defects are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
    • Participate in the design and implementation of automated testing solutions for mutual fund systems and applications.
    • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the quality and efficiency of mutual fund data, reports, and systems.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to mutual funds and investment products.
    • Ensure that all testing activities are conducted in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, and quality standards.

    To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience in testing and quality assurance in the mutual fund industry or a related financial field.
    • Strong knowledge of mutual funds, investment products, and financial markets.
    • Experience with testing tools and methodologies, including automated testing.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Familiarity with mutual fund regulations, such as SEC rules and guidelines, is a plus.
    • Experience with mutual fund systems and applications, such as Fidelity, Charles Schwab, or Morningstar, is a plus.
