Profile Introduction:
As an Administrative Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of administrative functions within the organization.
Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including office management, communication coordination, record keeping, and providing support to various departments.
Profile Responsibilities:

Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and wellmaintained.
Communication Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls for executives and team members.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed.
Record Keeping and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records, files, and databases.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and file important documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding record keeping.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute followup actions.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with colleagues and departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
- Liaise with external vendors, clients, and partners as needed.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
