Profile Introduction:


As an Administrative Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of administrative functions within the organization.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including office management, communication coordination, record keeping, and providing support to various departments.


Profile Responsibilities:

Office Management:


  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and wellmaintained.

Communication Coordination:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls for executives and team members.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed.

Record Keeping and Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records, files, and databases.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize and file important documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding record keeping.

Administrative Support:


  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute followup actions.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Team Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with colleagues and departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
  • Liaise with external vendors, clients, and partners as needed.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment through effective communication and teamwork.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
