Job Description:
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Join our team at Theau Technical Live as a Customer Service representative. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills and preferably with experience in the BPO industry (voice/non-voice). As a Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding support. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
Utilize effective communication skills to assist customers professionally
Handle customer interactions through various channels (voice/non-voice)
Adapt to different shifts as required
Serve as a brand ambassador by maintaining a positive and customer-centric approach
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns
Preferred Profile:
Experience in non-voice customer service is preferred
