We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow ITOM Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of IT Operations Management solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful ServiceNow ITOM implementations, with extensive experience in IT infrastructure monitoring, event management, and automation.

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to IT operations and infrastructure management.
• Develop comprehensive strategies for integrating ServiceNow ITOM with existing systems and applications to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow ITOM modules to meet specific business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.
• Design and implement automated workflows and orchestration processes to streamline IT operations and reduce manual effort.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, including mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate ServiceNow ITOM with other ITSM (IT Service Management) processes and tools.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow ITOM solutions, proactively identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and new ITOM features, assessing their potential impact on existing implementations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow ITOM, providing training and support to end users and stakeholders as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in IT operations management, with a focus on ServiceNow ITOM.
• Indepth understanding of IT infrastructure monitoring principles and practices.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), including GlideScript and Jelly.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex ITOM projects from conception to completion, delivering measurable business value.
• Excellent problemsolving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
• IT Operations Management certification preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge is a plus.
