    RoleObjective

    Sr. Siebel Technology Lead Providing Siebel MDM(UCM) andOEDQ solution designing expertise and leadership to the teamworking on development and deployment of UCM programs andprojects.

    Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership toensure the right technology solution is implemented to meetbusiness needs and operational needs
  • Work withteam in producing estimates and inputs to requirements for futureprojects and enhancements. Must ensure that all estimates areachievable and realistic
  • Active participationin high level solution design and architecture reviews
  • Shares his/her solution design experience from othersimilar programs
  • Helps team to leverage andimplement the latest technology trends in market and architecturalbest practices
  • Propose feasible solutions withthe cost scope quality and performance in mind. Help stakeholdersto agree on the right solution based on theseparameters.
  • Ensure sound solutions areimplemented that will achieve both a business objective and abideby compliance architectural and practice managementframeworks
  • Ensure activities and deliverablesconform to the agreed standards success criteria and deadlines forthe project or work stream
  • Coach develop andmotivate the team to deliver effective business solutions to keystakeholders within the business.
  • Continuallyfocus on implementing process improvements for the delivery oftimely and efficient solutions to the business.
    • Direct discussions andinteractions with client side Business PMs Architects Technicalleads Development teams ensuring all the parties are aligned andworking towards the same goal.
    • Conduct andfacilitate workshops with the Business and IT Stakeholders forsolution designs.
    • Work with other Technologyleads in the team to ensure the different solutions and projectsare not in conflict with each other.
    • Provideinputs to high level and low level technical design for thesolution based on the business/functional requirements. Identifyand address technical dependencies.
    • Activeparticipation in design and architecture reviews of projects andenhancement changes
    • Responsible for producingestimates and inputs to requirements for future projects andenhancements. Must ensure this is with input from the team and thatall estimates are achievable and realistic.
    • Ensure continuous improvement and preemptive maintenancearound the environment
    • Strong focus oncontinuous improvement where a combination of expert team resourcesand the right infrastructure implementation represents loweroperational cost and risk to the organisation
    • Ensure activities and deliverables conform to the agreedstandards success criteria and deadlines for the project or workstream
    • Own and prepare business proposals& roadmaps for the internal and external customers.

    Key Skills

    Musthave:

  • At least 10 years ofstrong hands experience on Siebel UCM/CRM Product with at least 3years in solution design roles.
  • Priorexperience in Siebel Data Validation Manager
  • Integration technologies including microservice WebServices and Queues etc.
  • Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills.
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strongclient handling and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expert knowledge and significant experience in a range ofinformation systems and technology services and products used inthe architecture design development.
  • Provendesign expertise across multiple information systems and technologyarchitecture domains.
  • Experience with Siebelconfiguration Scripting Workflows EIM
  • Experience with Siebel CRM integration technologies EAIEIM Webservices APIs
