Head Chef - Chinese / Asian Cuisine

Work experience: 8 to 10 years

Mandatory work experience in Chinese / Asian Cuisine

  • Participates in the preparation of food items with consistent quality following recipe cards, production, portion, and presentation standards
  • Be responsible for and accountable for the overall food cost kitchen supplies, kitchen energy costs and kitchen utensils
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time
  • Training
  • Ownership of customer reviews
  • R and D
  • Food costing / look and cook

Salary:
₹17, ₹74,738.62 per month
