- Serve as a technical expert in delivering high-quality analytical solutions and business insights
- Research, design, and develop end-to-end advanced analytical solutions using predictive analytics, NLP, Machine Learning, and Artificial intelligence
- Enhance ETL/data flow structure through automation and data science solutions engineering
- Understand and articulate business requirements, leveraging domain understanding to deliver results
- Identify and apply appropriate analytical approaches to make data-driven recommendations
- Minimum 4 years of experience in advanced analytics and data engineering
- Graduate/Post-graduate in Mathematics/Statistics/Economics/Computer Science
- Expertise in python/pyspark, tableau, SAS/SQL
- Experience with Data Lakes/Azure/Big data platforms is a plus
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end analytical projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze, draw conclusions, and provide actionable recommendations
- Effective interaction with team members and management at all levels

About the role:
This position is within CEDA Advanced Analytics Team under Enterprise Customer Excellence Data and Analytics. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will focus on enhancing customer experience through advanced analytics techniques and data engineering solutions. Your responsibilities include data exploration, developing analytical solutions using AI/ML, and optimizing processes to minimize risks across different business lines.
You will be expected to design analytical solutions, communicate complex concepts in simple terms to stakeholders, and collaborate with peers to achieve goals.
