- Lead or take part in moderately complex projects and tasks by utilizing data-driven, advanced analytical techniques to generate actionable insights and contribute to large-scale planning efforts
- Analyze large structured and unstructured data sets from various sources, converting data into meaningful insights and recommendations through hypothesis generation and advanced analysis
- Independently resolve complex issues, guide the team, and collaborate with colleagues to drive strategies based on data-driven insights
- Execute analytical experiments and develop statistical models to solve abstract business problems
- Interpret data using advanced analytics modeling methods to influence business decisions
- Communicate insights in a clear manner to non-technical audiences
- This role is within the Channel Sciences team, focusing on measuring the effectiveness of marketing channels and optimizing marketing initiatives
- 4+ years of data science experience
- Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field
- 4-8 years of experience in Data Analytics, Insight Generation, and/or Data Science
- Experience in Large Banks/Financial Services
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark
- Effective communication skills
- Experience with statistical modeling techniques
- Storytelling competencies for creating data visualizations
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Experience with Machine Learning techniques
- Skills in building strategic analysis using customer profiling and business segmentation
- Financial services experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of the Financial Services industry
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
