    Job Description:

    As an Internal Sales Coordinator at BANARASWALA WIRE MESH PRIVATE LIMITED, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth coordination of various sales activities. Your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring the timely delivery of products. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system, generate sales reports, and provide regular updates to the sales team. By collaborating with other teams, you will contribute to customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise. Managing inventory and ensuring product availability will also be part of your role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products.

    Coordinate with the sales team to promptly and accurately address customer inquiries.

    Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using our CRM system.

    Generate sales reports and provide regular updates to the sales team.

    Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.

    Support the sales team in achieving their targets.

    Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

    Manage inventory and ensure product availability.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Previous experience in sales support or customer service is preferred.

    Compensation:

    Monthly CTC of up to ₹25,000.

    15 days of Casual Leave (CL) and 6 days of Sick Leave (SL) per annum.

    Health Insurance of ₹2 Lakhs/person for the employee, spouse, and 2 children.

    1-month gross salary paid as Bonus during Diwali.

    Additionally, you will receive 1-month gross salary as a Bonus during Diwali.
