The Opportunity

Servotech Power Systems Ltd, a leader in power solutions, seeks a passionate and experienced Senior Data Analyst & Strategic Insights Specialist to join the heart of our decision-making – the MD Office Based at Rohini,Delhi.

You'll be the driving force behind data-driven strategies within our dynamic, tender-based business. Your analyses will shape critical decisions, optimize operations, and accelerate our growth trajectory.

What You'll Do

Strategic Data Translator: Analyze complex data from across all departments (sales, operations, finance, etc.) to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential risks that directly impact business performance.
Decision-Making Partner: Prepare insightful reports, presentations, and dashboards that equip senior management to make informed strategic choices.
Insightful Forecaster: Develop predictive models and scenario analysis to guide budgeting, resource allocation, and future tender strategies.
Process Innovator: Identify and recommend ways to improve data collection, management, and reporting across the company for increased efficiency and insights.
Cross-Departmental Collaborator: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their data needs and drive seamless communication.

What You Bring to the Table

Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent experience.
Advanced Data Expertise: Extensive experience with data analysis, visualization, and modeling tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar), and a willingness to learn new technologies as needed.
Business Acumen: Solid understanding of business principles and how data can drive strategy across various functions.
Compelling Storyteller: Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proactive Problem Solver: Self-starter with a mindset focused on solutions and continuous improvement of processes.
